Well-designed units with tea, a kettle, as for instance, and the staff were respectful.

A newly remodelled hotel, my first choice in Runaway Bay.

There were great staff and food for a perfectly pleasant stay at dinner and lunch time There was n't much to do.

Staff and food are very good, I loved it. The a la carte restaurant in the hotel is excellent, has cold dishes.

Prime location and efficient staff. Rooms were bright and huge with comfy beds. I loved a small restaurant with an American menu. The service was personalized during all my very enjoyable stay.

All in all it's reasonably clean place, they have very clean beds.

Loved our stay, had great 2 days overall. The employees were attentive and respectful.

peaceful location, magnificent breakfast and professional staff. i enjoyed having a mini fridge bar, a personal safe and an iron. a bathtub was upgraded and everything was perfectly fine.

I had extra special days staying at this handicap accessible hotel. I really enjoyed to be here, everything was lovely. The beach nearby was tidy and the view was delightful.

The place is family-friendly and impeccably clean. Extremely friendly personnel were eager to help with our requests, attentive service. Gourmet restaurant on the premises is outstanding. The poolside bar offers cool drinks.

In a hotel like this - bad smell is unacceptable.

Energetic staff and everything wonderful. Lots of supplies in the room: air conditioning and crisp sheets. The pool was well maintained. Location was ideal, I liked the hotel.
